Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Special Notice

If you financed this contract through a loan and later revoke it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided both agreements form an economic unit. This is particularly to be assumed if we are simultaneously your lender or if your lender makes use of our cooperation regarding the financing. If the loan has already been disbursed to us when the revocation becomes effective, your lender shall assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you. The latter does not apply if this contract involves the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, currencies, or derivatives).

If you want to avoid a binding contractual obligation as far as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also revoke the loan agreement if you are entitled to do so.
