1. Access Data and Hosting
You can visit our website without providing personal information. Every time you access the site, the server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which includes your IP address, the name of the requested file, date and time of the request, amount of data transferred, and the requesting provider (access data).

Hosting by a third-party provider:
Our website is hosted by a provider in the U.S., certified under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield. Data collected on this site is processed on their servers.
2. Data Collection and Use for Contract Fulfillment, Contact & Customer Account
We collect personal data when you provide it voluntarily, for example when placing an order or contacting us. Mandatory fields are marked.
We use your data to fulfill contracts or respond to your inquiries per Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
If you register for a customer account, we will also use your data to create and manage that account based on your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
After the contract is completed or your account is deleted, your data is restricted for further processing and deleted after legal retention periods, unless you consent to further use.
